The Service allows users to manage health, weight, feeding, and care data for exotic pets (chinchillas, axolotls, tarantulas). The Service is available as a web application.

3. Registration and User Account

Use of the Service requires registration. Users are obligated to provide truthful information and to keep their login credentials confidential.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New users receive a free 7-day trial with full functionality. After the trial period, access is restricted to read-only mode. A paid subscription is required for full functionality. Current prices are available on the website.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, existing data remains accessible in read-only mode.

6. Liability

The Service is intended solely for documentation purposes and does not replace veterinary advice. The Provider is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the stored information.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes in a timely manner. In the event of objection, the user has the right to terminate their account immediately.

9. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
